Use this meditation to be grateful for life and help navigate when things don’t always happen the way you want or expect. Life can be rainbows and unicorns—as well as rain clouds and dragons. And grace is often required to accept what is given. Doing so can reduce anxiety and help you cope when things don’t go as planned or desired.
When you put your mind and determination to it, you can learn to navigate the unwanted to turn your thinking—and sometimes the situation—around. You may not be able to change what comes your way, but by practicing accepting life with grace, you can learn to accept what is.
